Please note we are a part-time clinic and therefore are not always available to answer enquirers immediately. We will endeavour to get back to you as soon as we can.

We prefer email communication so that we may respond to all patients and queries in a timely manner. If you choose to call please leave a clear voice mail with your phone number and what the query is and we will attempt to get back to you as soon as possible.

If your GP has sent in your referral for you and you haven’t heard back from us within 3 business days please email us directly to follow up that we have received it.

Cancellation policy: Please give us as much time as possible if you can not attend your appointment to allow us to see other patients waiting for an appointment. We charge 50% for non-attendance or if less than 48 hours notice is given for a cancellation.
